Luxe Couture Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that delays may occur during high-volume periods.

  2. Shipping Methods & Costs
    We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method.

  3. Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

  4. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Luxe Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  5. Address Errors
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Luxe Couture is not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
